DIY PVC Video Camera Shoulder Stabilizer Rig Part 1
This is the shoulder stabilizer rig I built last year and received so many comments on. I was asked to do a video on how I built it. So here it is.
One thing to note, I have not tried it with large videos cameras. Mostly I use my small DSLR, flip camera and mini Camcorder. It has worked very well for the last year. I’ve tried some of the more expensive rigs (and even cheaper shoulder harnesses) but to tell you the truth, they make my arms tired after long periods. I designed this for comfort, not aesthetics.
